Standard delivery: Orders over £50 qualify for free delivery in the UK mainland - hurrah!
Orders over £70 qualify for free delivery when in the UK Mainland. For orders further a field we may have to charge you a little because it can cost us circa £20 in surcharges. Please contact us on 07788267938 to discuss. When your item is in stock it will be with you within 2-3 days. If we have gone out of stock this may be 7-10 days or depending on the manufacturers next due shipment.
For orders under £70, we send via Royal Mail, signed for service, which takes 2/3 days and cost is £3.95. This is a sign for service (but not trackable). Unfortunately we have been let down by Royal Mail losing parcels in standard post so have had to revert to all items going out 'Sign For' now.
If for any reason an item is out of stock, we will let you know immediately with an expected due date. You will have the option to cancel your order and receive a refund.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
If you find a fault with your product please contact us as soon as possible with a photo or video of the issue. We will then work with the relevant manufacturers to get this rectified. Please note the length of warranty varies by buggy and there are exceptions to what is covered. For example tyre punctures and damage to foam handlebars are not covered.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014 online shoppers have 14 days, from the date of arrival of the item, to consider the item or return it for a refund. In this instance we would require the product to not have been used outside and to be returned in all original packaging. The original cost of shipping would be refunded and you would be required to pay for a tracked deliver service to return the item.
